Information you give us. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company, and anything else you choose to include in the booking form or your message.

Usage information. We use privacy-friendly analytics that record aggregated, non-identifying data about site visits (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type). This does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and run the consultation, follow up about working together, and improve the site. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you open the booking window, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) may set cookies within that window to make the booking work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only as needed:

  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics
  • Cal.com — consultation scheduling
  • HubSpot — storing your contact details and our correspondence
  • Namecheap Private Email — email

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, it is protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as we have a prospective or active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or object to it, and you can ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@143business.com. If you are in the UK and think we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA, to your local supervisory authority.
